About Color

I always do my best to descibe the item as exactly as possible. All the pictures are taken by myself and I even take 15-30 pictures of each item and only a few of them which match the lace itself best are picked out. But whatever I do, different people have different feels on the same pictures through different monitors, especially the colors. I add color information of each part of the item in description. Hope this will get you the best understanding of the items .

BUYING MORE
The quantity of most trims is more than 1 in stock. If you want more, please convo me as soon as possible. Most trims can not be available any more once it’s sold out.

UNPAID ORDER
Please do not place an order if you are not sure you want to have the items. Once the order is done, please make a payment or let me know your concerns in 24 hours. Or else I will have to relist the items for other customers.

WHOLESALE

SHIPPING
Please note that we ship from Monday to Friday every week. Your order wil be shipped out within 1-3 business days(normally only 1 day). Usually it takes only 1-2 weeks to US and 3-5 weeks to many other countries. If you are in a hurry and want faster shipping, I can use EMS(5-10 days), DHL(3-5 days), Fedex(3-5 days), UPS(3-5 days) to ship the goods to you. Prices are different according to the destination and weight. Please convo me for further information and I will offer you advice on shipping faster and saving money.

SAMPLE
I offer lace samples to those who are interested in but have not yet decided to buy some particular lace. Please leave me a note in the "message to seller" box about which lace you would like a sample.

Note: samples will be shipped only with paid orders and no more shipping fee for samples. If it is embroidery lace sample, I suggest you buying some yards first as it may be sold out before you receive the samples.

I accept returns if the you don’t like my item in 7 days of receipt of the item and will refund you the original price(original shipping cost is not refunded).
