Warranty &Return

1. Because it is real fur, when you receive it, pls shake it, there will be some hair shed because of the cutting and splicing during the making process. Pls do not worry, it is the normal phenomenon for new fur items. 

2.For the size, pls check the size chart carefully, because it is hand measured, it may have 2-4cm error. Thanks for your understanding.

3. Because of the screen difference and also the monitor, there may be some color difference for the photos, but we will try our best to make it much more close to the real.

4. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.

In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and send up the defected photos.

5. Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.

6. All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

2.   Returns are only offered if the item is returned to us in its unworn, original condition with the hygiene sticker fully intact.  Buyers are responsible for paying all the freight (both the two way freight).
