Replacement/Exchange/Refund

1)      We accept exchange within 14 days after receiving for defective item. And we will refund your money back. Meanwhile you need to provide us some evidence, such as picture, to show us it is defective.

2)      If you buy a wrong item pleas contact us immediately and we will delivery another right one if we have. But you need to afford all the costs including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc.

3)      If returned item is not the same as which we sent out to you, such as destroyed, you need to pay for it.

Warranty

1)      The warranty period is 90 days and it must be under normal use.

2)      If the item does not work within the warranty period under normal use we can exchange a new one, but the buyer need to pay for the freight of the second time delivery.
