In common situation, we need about 15 days to finish the dress for you since we get your payment. if you need the dress in an urgent time, please tell us in advance, then we can check our plan and tell that if can we catch your time.

If you bid this item, it says that you are agree with our charges, if you can not accept it, please do not bid it. We will use DHL or TNT as shipping service, which usually cost about 3-7 days for the shipping.

3. Dress will be start to be made and delivered only after payment has received and all the measurements and the color offered.

4. The wedding dress does not include any accessories, such as gloves, wedding veil and petticoat. but if buy more than US$300 once time, we can free send one piece of veil, petticoat or gloves.

you can choose your favorite color of the dress from our color table, if there has no the color you like, please provide us the reference picture, we would choose the most closed color fabric to make your dress.

Return Policy

1.I refuse return the items back without any quality problems . if you bought it ,and not like it after you received it , i refuse return.

2. Should returns be required, pls contact us for a return authorization within 3 working days of the receipt of the product. But buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, pls contact us within 7 working days, then send back the item and we will send you an replacement for free.

4. All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all package materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and maybe considered for trade-in purposes only.

5. We do not cover any items for damage after use.

6.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.
